1999 Ford Taurus Flex Fuel Engine Car Car Cold Runs Really Rough Will Stall Out

I have the flex fuel engine in my car. When my car is cold it runs really rough and will stall out and die. It even runs rough when it warms up and is running rich. It still runs rough and rich even at interstate speeds. I have replaces the idle air control valve and that helped a little.

scan for codes adn check fuel pressure first

I have checked and it is not showing a code. I just replaced the plugs and wires. Its running well but when I push on the throttle to go, it acts like its trying to catch up with itself.
