What kind of rear shocks do I have?

I have a 1999 ford ranger and there is what appears to be what looks like a tire stem in the rear bumper it has a little line that runs to a canister that is right in front of the spare tire and it has two lines that that come from it each going to the rear shocks what is it"?

INCREASING OR DECREASING THE PRESSURE MAY MAKE IT RIDE BETTER, OR HELP SAG WHEN LOADED DOWN

IF YOU CAN FIND A NAME SOMEWHERE, YOU MIGHT BE ABLE TO OBTAIN INSTRUCTIONS ON USE. TOO MUCH AIR MAY DAMAGE IT, IF YOU ARE TRYING TO "WING IT"
