how do you take negative camber out of a 99 ford ranger 4 x 4(torsion bar)?

Explorer, Mountaineer & Ranger
1. To adjust caster and camber, loosen upper control arm cam bolts and install
eccentric cam. Turn cam bolt as necessary to obtain correct camber or caster
specification. See Fig. 19.
2. To adjust caster, loosen caster adjusting nuts. To increase caster split, adjust
caster bolts to move suspension arm forward. To decrease caster split, adjust
caster bolts to move suspension arm rearward. Tighten nuts to specifications. See
TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS.

CAMBER & CASTER ADJUSTMENT
NOTE: Some models are equipped with square (nonadjustable)
camber/caster adjustment plates. To adjust caster/camber,
install eccentric cam kit if camber or caster adjustment is
necessary.
