What does "squatted" mean and which tires?

It's both front tires. I don't know how to spell what my husband is saying-- he says it has negative cambre in the tires. He hauled to alignment business on Friday- the guy thought it was ball joints and they were very bad. But did not fix the problem. We hate to load it up again.

OK, that I understand. The specifications for that truck calls for negative Camber (up to -1.2deg). It has removable plates in the upper control arm bolts that can be removed to give it camber adjustment also.
