How do I replace the headlight assembly on this vehicle

First, remove the metal clips from the plastic nuts where the headlight adjusters are. Second, unscrew the nuts (3 each headlamp)from the adjuster screw. Third, slowly wiggle the headlight assembly forward. Fourth, disconnect the wire assembly from the headlight.

You should take your truck to an inspection station (or garage) to have the final adjustment (aiming) made to the lights.

The light assembly is mounted under the hood. Open the hood to access the mounting bolts. Remove the light sockets from the assembly, remove mounting bolts, and remove the old and replace it with a new one.

I was hoping someone could give me instructions on how to remove and clean the lamp lens. Is there any headlight that would give me a better cone shape on the road rather than than stock one I have now?

The choices are almost endless in the aftermarket for replacement headlamp bulbs. If cost is not an issue, HID (High Intensity Discharge) systems may also be available but these systems can be very pricey. I have such a system in my vehicle. From the outside, they have a bluish tint, but from the driver's perspective, it's a very bright white light. These systems require a transformer(s) to provide voltage to the HID bulbs. The best way may be trial and error.

Need instructions on how to change the entire headlight lens. The lights have a weird little clamp on it. I really don't want to break it, but would like to know how to get that little clamp off. Thanks so much!

Here's an exploded view that should help. View "A" is looking at it from behind. It looks like there are 3 clips that pull straight up.
