Flapping noise coming from engine. Shaking over 50mph

Need a lot more detail than that. Shaking where; in the steering wheel? The seat? Vibrating engine? What have you checked so far, and what did you find? How long since the last tune-up? Have you had the diagnostic fault codes read and recorded?
