Electrical?

It seems things in my car are not working one by one. First the radio keeps going on and off but the cd player works. The odometer is lit up and fine and then it goes off but back on again after a bit. Now the turn signals are not coming on at all. the flashers will blink maybe once then nothing. What is going on? Help please

I'D START 1ST, HAVING THE BATTERY AND CHARGING SYSTEM CHECKED
