stalling

i have a ford KA "T" reg car keepps stalling when i brake then clutch down to either slow or go down gears. there is a new air control valve on the car so dont think its that and have been using redex incase it needs clearing but problem still persists please help

Check/test MAF and TPS sensors- and clean EGR/PCV valves
