Look for a vacuum leak or a sticking throttle body plate. There is a tps sensor on the throttle body but does not control what you think.

Our database does not have any information on this vehice, nor could I find anything at the Ford technical website. I do not know the idle control system so you would have to fill me in. Any pictures of the throttle and air intake would be useful.

Is the MIL indicating?
Did you check for vacuum leaks?
