1999 Ford Fiesta cant find the timing markers

i have recently bought the car off someone else who said it was the timing belt has gone on it and i have changed the timing belt on the car and try to start it and dont start but tries to now the timing belt needs timing up but cannot find the timing markers for it

that is correct. Are you able to find a manual for this vehicle? Diesel models are not in this country.
