My interior air-conditioner fan stopped working after a mouse got stuck, do you think that my motor has also seized?

The only thing you can do is remove the mouse and see if it runs. If it doesn't run, make sure there is power to it. If the fan was drawing too many amps because it couldn't turn, other things could have burned up.
