1999 Ford F-350 turn indicator and brake lights

All lights work on the truck. Except the turn (left or right blinkers) also when applying brakes the brake lights will not work. Yet I have head and tail lamps ,iow and high beams work fine. What could be the problem?

it may be the multi function switch on column check to see if brake switch sends power then goes out of it. see pic for what wires to check
