truck pulls to left than it will stop pulling and go a few blocks and does it again. then i could smell it getting hot, look at the tire on the driver side and it was smoking a little. took tire off, and wheel would not turn easy. looks like the brake are dragging. pads are against the rotor . could the caliber be stuck out and if so how do i get it back out? and do you think this is the problem.

IT sounds like a stuck caliper. Check that first.
