1999 Ford F-350 miles

I was hoping to find out what kind of miles, not mileage, I can get out of my 1999 F-350 V-10. Its been well maintained. Hardly any tow miles.I asked this question before but I mixed-up mileage and miles when I asked the question. Anyway Im trying to get a fairly good estimate on the longevity of my V-10. Oh its got the 4spd auto behind it. Thanks I would make a donation but Im pretty short wright now. Oh yeah I have a little over 130000 on it. .

There are a whole bunch of variables there

I'm not looking for answers to these questions. Just pointing out what matters.
How was it maintained
How was it driven
Were they local miles or highway miles
What climate was it driven in
What oil was used
was it ever overheated

I've seen them go anywhere from 150K to 350K
