You could be leaking somewhere such as the injectors/fuel pressure regulator or the fuel pump check valve

what is the fuel pump pressure?low pressured?

This truck uses a variable pressure, computer controlled fuel pump so you need a scan tool to be able to determine if the pump is responding to commands correctly and the pressure sensor is reading properly.
