1999 Ford F-250 electrical

i pull my instrument panel to replace some bad bulbs and put it all back together now nothing works including the truck itself just relays clicking dead batterys jumped it off and within a few minutes everything lost power and batteries are dead again i cant find any bad wires or anything like that
