driver and passenger windows

Electric windows on a ford f250 will go down but wont go back up so unplugged switches hate it i want my windows to work again its a hassle help me please. Have taken it to he glass place and they stated the motor and regulator is fine

Since it is able to work one way, the most likely fault would be the switches. Which door is not functioning correctly?

If you have replaced both switches, the next thing you need to check would be the GEM.

whats the GEM? How and what do i look for there\?

The schematics are attached. Do you have a test light or DVOM to perform testings?

Generic Electronic Module located in the central junction box.
