wipers,radio, will not come on when truck is started, but radio works on auxillary. is this a short.

It sounds like a problem with the ignition switch.

As I said in the other thread, it sounds like an ignition switch problem. The stereo and wipers get there power from the ignition switch through their respective fuses.
