1999 Ford F-150 Windshield Wipers randomly come on

i recently bought a 99 f150 and the windshield wipers in the off position randomly come on and off. All other positions work fine. I have been removing the fuse (under dash) when its not raining. If it gets expensive i was also wondering if i could install a toggle switch to cut power so i dont have to remove/replace fuse.

have a pro check this it may be the circuit board in wiper or the motor could be the switch also but you can't put a toggle in it
