starter went out changed starter and now have a noise sounds like a bolt hitting engine locks up when flywheel is rotated somewhere approx. 320 degrees removed plugs starter and rocker arms still will only turn 320 degrees

remove starter and see if you can turn over by hand, if not it will have to come apart to see what's wrong did a piece break off old starter?
