how do I replace the windshield wiper motor on a 1999 Ford F150?

You first need to disconnect the battery, remove the cowl at the base of the windshield, disconnect the linkage from the motor to wiper assembly, disconnect the wiring harness to the wiper motor, and unbolt the motor and it will come out. Reverse the order to replace.
