1999 Ford F 150 M Getting Power Injectors There Way Reset Clear Computer

I'm not getting any power to the injectors, is there any way I can reset/clear the computer without having a diagnostic computer?

dont re set anything. is the check engine light on??

12 volts key on comes from ignition switch. grounds are controlled by the pcm based on crank sensor readings.
