i have a a f150 year 1999 that runs rough. i have a snap-on Solo and it say that i have a misfire. unit idles rough and has low power. the unit has been setting for 3 years i have drain the fuel tank. installed new fuel pump, spark plugs, and unit runs rough no service engine light on

what about coils and wires, if you have a v6, which you never mentioned.
