99 f150 has a front and rear driveshaft. what are you referring to??? the axle shaft??? front or rear???

Oh sorry i mean the front cv joint is bad on my driver side and when i drive my steering wheel wobbles and when i turn right it pops and tightens up so it is broken and i can't drive on it and an i make it work like a two wheel drive

shaft, if it is a solid shaft, no, it cannot be driven without it. if it is a shaft with inner and outer cv, yes it can but you need to put a dummy outer cv joint in to prevent damage to the hub

If you mean by solid shaft a straight axle then no my truck is independent suspension so there is two cv shafts on either side of the 4x4 box
