I bought a new idle air control valve, it made some noise after I installed it, but the truck would run at idle speed. Today, the truck will not run at idle speed. I removed the part and checked to see if it was moving with the key in the on position. There was no movement. Is there anything that can make this ICV to go bad or do I have a defective ICV?
