1999 Ford Explorer Starts and then dies after you put it in gear. If you let it idle after 10 minutes it dies. Water drips heavily from exhaust pipe. Replaced 2- O2 sensers, fuel pump, fuel filter, spark plugs, DPFE sensor, and flushed fuel injection system. None of this has helped. This is being done at a Ford dealer they have had my vehicle for 4 weeks. I also paid them $1200. Up front.
I dont know whats going to happen!

If it is truly running rich, you should smell it or see black smoke from the exhaust. Make sure they check the temp sensor. Make sure they check the fuel pressure regulator.
