power door locks

my power door locks don't unlock my doors on my 1999 ford explorer sport. you can hear the power but does not want to unlock them. do i need to replace the door lock actuator? and where do i buy them so my husband can install them?

All locks will not operate? Very unusal for all actuators to die at the same time, has this been happening over a period of time? One died, then another etc... and now you want to fix them, or did they all stop at the same time?
