Hello, I was wondering how many miles I should go between Oil Changes. I had one at 206334 miles and right now I have 208445 miles. The oil in my Ford Explorer is Castrol GTX High Mileage Syn Blend and I have a Fram High Mileage Oil Filter. When should I do the next change? I bought a Purolator PureONE oil filter and Im going to use Valvoline Oil on the next change.

5000 is a good interval.
