Interior lights and rear wiper motor

The interior lights will not turn off when doors are closed. Also the rear wiper motor (which is new) will not work. I have tested the latch switches in the liftgate with an OHM meter and they all tested good. The lights will come on with any door open except the driver's door or the liftgate.

Have interior lamp relay and central timer module checked and tested-start here
