Hello, My explorer has a rough starting and a little bit of hesitation. I do have a intake manifold gasket leak but I have been told its not leaking that bad to not even worry about it(its a air leak) at least in the winter(It doesn't like the Air Conditioning lol). It still has a long time before needing to be replaced. Also, I have coolant leaking from my Timing Cover Gasket but was told by the same guy that stop leak should fix it because it is an extremely slow and small leak that it wouldnt be worth the labor intensive work. Is it also possible that my rough starting is due to dirty injectors? It has 206000 miles and Ive never taken it to a shop to have the injectors cleaned although I started putting small bottles of injector cleaner in the gas tank around 190000 miles. Could Dirty Injectors be causing my rough starting because sometimes it starts up rough and sometimes it fires right up.
