my car is stalling out on me whenever i come to a full stop. Its also losing power when im driving, rpms are high but its struggling to move. my gas consumption has increased from needing to fill up once every 2 weeks to 4 times in one week.

Do you have a check engine light? Try cleaning out the idle air control valve and mass air flow sensor and see what happens
