Truck is spinning just wont come on

My 99 Ford Explorer all of a sudden cut off while I was driving on the highway... The truck has fire and the fuel pump is fine, the truck just wont cut on completely... Can someone tell me what the problem could be???

have you tried squirting some gas into intake? checked to see if injectors are working?
