truck is shaking when stopped or in park

What would make my truck shake when im either holding the brake down or in park? Its like it is trying to die shake? I need some help here cant figure out whats going on

The first things I would check for vacuum leaks and check the idle air control valve. If the check engine light has been on, have the computer scanned to identify trouble codes. Most parts stores will do it for free.
