Whining noise when feet is on gas pedal

Good afternoon I have a ford 99 expedition eddie buier edition its making a whining noise when my feet is on the gas it is as queit as a mouse when my feet is off the gas pedal my transmission changes out great do you kno what that could be?

Unfortunately noises are very hard to diagnose via computer. For one thing we can't hear them and what you call a whine might be a buzz to someone else. It could be an alternator or a trasnmission problem or something else all together.
