1999 Ford Expedition Squeeling/whining/whistle

After the truck is started there is a very high pitched squeal/whistle noise coming from the front of the engine close to the alternator or belt area. It happened a month ago and we thought it was the compressor on the ac. We turned the ac off and it stopped after about 5 miles. Never did it again until today 2 months later. It is an odd sound but very distinct. It doesn't do it all of the time. It gets louder when you speed the engine up.

I would check the idler pulley and tensioner pulley. One of them is probably going bad.
