Where is main engine fuse for a 99 ford expedition 4x4 eddie baure

None of the lights will come on the dash board and my truck off at the stop light and it would turn like its going to start, but would not start. But what I really want know is where is the main engine fuse is on this tuck and truck is a 99 ford expedition 4x4 eddie baure.

in the fuse box under the hood. not your issue as the truck would not have any electrical power if it was bad
