I have a hole in my exhaust manifold will it hurt the motor if not fixed

the motor no but it will set a code of a 420or430 depending on side because it's leaking air. It could physically harm You or occupants as well.

thank you for your reply hmac300 but now have new Q's how can it harm the driver or companions ? andcan it be fixed cheaply without replacing manifold ?

it can harm you because it leaks carbon monoxide which leads to carbon monoxide poisoning you go to sleep and don't wake up
