1999 Ford Expedition why does the power goes off every time I turn ignition switch on

Already tried to do reset, but as soon as I turn the ignition switch, it automatically turn all the power off. Never. Mind I thought it said "free" I'm really broke don't have money, so that means u can't answer my question ha?

Check the battery terminals and ensure they are clean and tight.
Ensure the battery is in good condition. Try a jump start to see if it works.

Thanks, so happy to hear that :). We where deep cleaning the truck for a couple of yourself, but structure wash not turned on at all. Then there wish a clicking noise combine from the relation area but couldn't figure out what it wash. So I role my husband to check. It out. Tried turning it on but dounded as if battery had died. Took it to get it charged, but they told us battery wash in good condition. I thought our problem wash solved, but no. After that he did reset. Once again we tried turning it on, as soon as we did, the power went right off.
