my brother has a 1999 ford escort sedan 5 speed trans, split port injection. it suffers a serious power loss until 3,000 rpm, then operates as normal...he has tried several things....plugs, wires, fuel filter, throttle sensor, 02 sensor...no results or even partial results....any thoughts?
