99' ford escort, running rough misfiring on all cylinders. I've changed the plugs, wires, coil, air filter, o2 sensor. Still the same I'm out of ideas.

The only fault codes were for the o2 sensor and the misfiring.

Have you checked all the basic tune items vacuum leaks and compressions?
