Ok what does it mean when my car shakes when I press down on the gas and when it sits still and when I press down on the gas the car takes a while to gain speed even when I pressed down on the gas the engine will get loud but I car take a while to gain speed pls tell me why u think

Sounds like it is misfiring which means the check engine light should be coming on. Have the codes read and post the exact code numbers here.

I had it put on the code reader earlier and it's said I needed to replace coil pack 1,6,7,8 I replaced 7,8 still need to do 1,6 but after I fix that should I still have this problem

No, it didn't say to replace anything. That's not what codes do. We need the exact code numbers being set now, since doing that work.
