my 1999 ford crown victoria was running fine then it started to knock loud and when u push the gas it gets louder and the oil is pouring out i stop driving it

Its leaking oil and the oil pump is unable to pump it all the way up to the valve train due to less amount of oil, that's why you are having the noise problem-Fix the leak and see what happens-
