1999 Ford Crown Victoria Condensation Drain

1. The condensation drain for the air condinitioner and heater housing is clogged and water has built up behind the dash. Please tell me how to locate the drain and how to unplug it. Thank you, in advance for your help!

Look under the car on passenger side or towards the middle for a tue that looks closed shut, then get like a coat hanger or stiff wire and stick in there and twirl around it should drain then. You won't hurt anything on it. We dont' have a pic of it.
