How do i replace a front turn signal bulb in a 1999 ford contour. I cant figure out how to get to it.

Have you checked for access from both under the hood and under the fender?

Ive checked under the hood but not under the fender

You may have to get to it that way. In some cases, the light assembly needs removed.
