I have a 99 dodge ram 1500 that when you crank with the fuel relay will start and then stall like it's flooded but after that if you take the fuel relay out the car will run till the fuel in intake is gone replace relay truck will flood again what can cause it to pump to much fuel to stall the truck and keep it from staying running
