i have a 1999 dodge stratus that miss and backfire at about 15 to 20 mph andis hard to pick up speed need help

while trying to pickup speed car starts to miss and backfire, I have to punch it to gain any spee.does it all the time not only when it gets hot. Need help

replace the plugs and go from there.
