1999 Dodge Stratus Replaced Multi Function Switch Flasher Unit On Stratus

I have replaced the multi function switch and flasher unit on my Stratus. Checked the fuses which are fine. My turn signals and hazard lights still not working. I know it must be something electrical, but getting frustrated with spending dollars and no results. Any help or knowledge is certainly appreciated.

did you check for power to the multi function switch???
