My 1999 dodge stratus (4 door) turns over but wont crank when I went out to crank it while I was trying to start it a message popped up that said no bus can u tell me what I can do to fix it without taking it to a shop please help me!

No bus means there is a break down of communication between the computer and its components. Check the PCM wiring harness and make sure it is tight and clean and none of the pins have been pushed in.
