I would like to install a smaller serpentine belt that will bypass the ac compressor so I can drive my vehicle. The bearings on the ac pulley need to be replaced and I don't have the time or money to do so. What is the correct size belt I would need to bypass the ac compressor?

Check with an autoparts as it may need some modifications as well.

I've tried to get 2 serpentine belt options for it but they both incorporate the ac compressor making them too long for what I would like to do. How would I go about getting an accurate measurement to obtain a smaller belt?

You might try a string bypassing the compressor and see if you can get a belt close enough. If idler pulley moves a bit that would good otherwise you'll have to try to stretch it or take a bolt out of alternator then move alternator and restretch it. But you don't want it to tight.
