99 Stratus Instrament cluster failure what would be the most likely cause have checked fuses

odometer started flashing ramdomly last week but then was work yeasterday and this morning when first started after the first stop started car and nothing is working in the instrument cluster.

Check wiring and grounds. If good, chances are the cluster is bad.
